When signing up for our waitlist, we collect the following personal data: your email address. This data is used solely to contact you in connection with the launch of the Movie Editing Club community.
We process your data to add you to the waitlist and to notify you when the Movie Editing Club community launches. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract), as you actively requested to be contacted about the launch.
If you have additionally agreed to receive marketing emails about exclusive offers, those messages are sent on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you confirm via a confirmation email (double opt-in) and may withdraw at any time.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Form data is stored via Netlify Inc. (USA), which processes data as a data processor in accordance with GDPR.
Your data will be stored until the launch process is complete or you ask us to remove you from the waitlist, whichever comes first. Upon request, your data will be deleted without delay.

You may withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons by emailing danilkobusiness@gmail.com. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
